Everybody in ActiveRain knows Bob Stewart, the Community
Evangelist. He is the Co-founder of the ActiveRain and is
involved with teaching, via webinars and articles, how to
effectively blog, SEO (Search Engine Optimization),
providing many templates to be used for different purposes
and so on. He is very knowledgeable and has many great ideas
for bloggers. I wanted to meet him in person, talk and bring
up some of my ideas too.
I am a member of Collin
County REALTORS Associations (CCAR) Technology Committee in Plano Texas. As
part of our charter, we have organized an outstanding Technology event,
Tech or Treat, in Tuesday 23rd October
2013. Four famous speakers presented about 1 hour each
(40-45 minutes presentation, 10-15 minutes Q&A and a short
break). As probably you guessed, Bob Stewart was one the
speaker which all loved his presentation.
A night
before of the presentation, I and some other members of CCAR
Technology Committee had pleasure to meet and have dinner
with three of the speakers, including our own Bob Stewart.
So, I met Bob in person and a picture of Bob and me to
remember that dinner is shown below. We all had great time
and the food was great too. However, I didn’t get a chance
to talk seriously about ActiveRain and my suggestions or
ideas with Bob. Hopefully next time soon!
