Texas RRC (Residential Real Estate Council)

·         RRC is the organization that provides CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.

·         Texas RRC is offering series of classes in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Houston known as DASH Series.

·         RRC next class offering is about “Home Smart Certification” which is scheduled to be in Houston on April 1^st and April 29^th. This Certification addresses the issues of privacy, how to get rid of your information from smart devices, how to reset your settings, what you can keep in Real Estate Transactions, etc.

·         Currently, there are about 1900 CRS in Texas. CRS designates are estimated about 3% of the total Real Estate Licensee in the entire U.S.

·         Texas RRC offers Cruises once a year. 80 CRS members attended in last cruise (January 2020) with two day CE classes and everybody liked it very much and encouraged all members to reserve the next cruise departing January 13^th-17^th 2021. The cruise in 2022 will be a 7-day cruise from January 12^th – 18^th 2022. The cost of cruises include cost of classes and CEs, except CISP course.
